The error means that the MySQL server Is not accepting the User Name and password that are entered in the Connections/PowerStoreConnection.php file.
you should check with you host for the correct Details for connecting to the database and edit the Connections/PowerStoreConnection.php with that information.
Thanks for the reply. Somehow database password was changed and not on the connection file.
Glad to hear you found the problem.
Have you guys considered making your products for joolma extensions? I think it would be great for you guys to get a slice of the joomla market.

I'm having the exact same issue. I used the install script to install the tables in my DB, but now I'm getting the mysql connect error. I did not change the credentials, but this will not connect. I've changed the DB password manually and updated the new password in the Connections file without luck.
Is there anything else I can try?
