Hello
I have PM on net111.co.uk
The preview email arrives but it is empty.
A send to an audience arrives OK
The server is with 1and1.co.uk

Sorry Jason
I do not understand
Use A File option for the body
or
Get From Page option
I cannot see anything in PM using these.....

When creating an email design, you have the option to use one of the predefined templates, Get the design Form a page, or select a file to use for the email body.

i have seen the problem you describe happen if you select the option to use a file for the email body

select one one of the predefined templates, or the option to Get the design from a page instead.
