Dreamweaver CC (13.1) crashing when attempting to create Database pages in Data Assist.

These are the steps to make the error.

(Defined PHP/MYSQL site)

Create folder
Create blank.php. Save.
Open blank.php
Go Web Assist --> Database --> Data Assist Pages
Set initial paramaters (new application. .database info. . choose Blank as template)
Move to Manage Pages
Set field labels and validations (error happens no matter what I do with this)
Click Add Page
Choose any page (say Insert)
Add fields.
Click OK

6 times out of 10 it crashes at this point. I can click Finsih and it will create the one page.
If it hasn't crashed at this point I add another page. . add fields. . Click OK and it crashes. 10 times out of 10.

Basically the only for this to work is do one page. Finish. Save as template. Run it again. add Second page. Finish. Save as tempalte Run it again. . .repeat until all pages are made.

This has been happening on and off since CC but gotten worse since 13.

I've removed cache, I've turned off preview, I've removed and reinstalled.

Problem is consistent. All software is up to date. OS is Windows 8 Professional.

Help?

This is caused by a memory leak in, either there is a memory leak in Dreamweaver or in an Driver on the system.

try restarting the OS and running the Data Assist wizard after a fresh boot with nothing else running.

also, before starting DW on the reboot, delete the cache file.

If the problem persists, it may be a problem with the database table, send a dump of the table structure.

Thanks. . .I'll give it a try and let you know.

For my betterment and education. . what in a database table might cause this problem?

(I'm actually pretty confident that you are right and its a memory leak since it happens on more than one machine and on more than one database) but given an opportunity to learn I'll always take it. . .

Thanks again.

It could be a column name using a reserved word like "DESC"

or the data type using a length that is not supported, for example the maximum length for an int data type is 11, setting it to 13 could cause issues.

Things of that nature.

Dreamweaver crashing

I've been all over this tech support trying new and suggested things to fix this problem with no luck. Not sure what is going on. This happens to me every time I'm creating DB Admin pages. Little frustrated now...

Unfortunately I can't interpret that tile either. If you post a US phone number or Skype contact information I'll give you a call and try to debug it with you.

The first thing I'd try is to download and install the latest version if you haven't installed recently.

Nearly identical issue. Please help.

DWCC 2015.1 Release, 7851 Build, latest version of DataBridge

I've got pretty much the exact same issue with the same steps as the initial post in this thread. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all WA extensions in the correct order. I uninstalled again and only installed the very latest version of DataBridge, dumping the cache each time. I shutdown all software, dumped the cache file, restarted and booted only DW and XAMPP. Same crash when I get knee deep in the DataAssist pages wizard. I've tried both on my iMac, and my MacBook Air.

The only pattern I can seem to make out and it is iffy, is that if I pause longer between clicks (waiting 5 or 10 seconds) before adding another field or moving to the next step, it seems to make it a little farther, but invariably it still crashes.

Table I'm working with is very simple (See attached).

I've combed a lot of threads and it appears they all end in a private session. My number is below. I should be available between 8 am and 2 pm eastern.
