Dreamweaver CC (13.1) crashing when attempting to create Database pages in Data Assist.

Nearly identical issue. Please help.

DWCC 2015.1 Release, 7851 Build, latest version of DataBridge

I've got pretty much the exact same issue with the same steps as the initial post in this thread. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all WA extensions in the correct order. I uninstalled again and only installed the very latest version of DataBridge, dumping the cache each time. I shutdown all software, dumped the cache file, restarted and booted only DW and XAMPP. Same crash when I get knee deep in the DataAssist pages wizard. I've tried both on my iMac, and my MacBook Air.

The only pattern I can seem to make out and it is iffy, is that if I pause longer between clicks (waiting 5 or 10 seconds) before adding another field or moving to the next step, it seems to make it a little farther, but invariably it still crashes.

Table I'm working with is very simple (See attached).

I've combed a lot of threads and it appears they all end in a private session. My number is below. I should be available between 8 am and 2 pm eastern.
