how do I show the coupon discount per item in the ps4_orderdetails table?

If I'm doing a coupon for only certain items how do I get an itemized discount on the products in the order? Rather than show only a total discount for the entire order, how do I get it to show the "per item" discount?

In the attached screen shot there was a 40 percent discount on the items in the order, but the DetailDiscount shows the discount for the entire order rather than the item discount. Is there a way around this?

No, power store is not able to store the per item discount in the order details, only the discount total.

I notice when you first apply the coupon code the original price is crossed out in red and the discounted price is shown in black. Is there no way to show in the cart the original price AND the discounted price? That would be very useful.

Also, when the coupon is created is it required to use the original code generated in the coupon field or can that be changed without "breaking" the coupon?

the product details page uses a recordset to look up the amount and the regular price, that recordset is not available on the cart display page, so it is not able to show.

I dont believe that changing the coupon value will break anything, but it is not supported.

That is a big disappointment. Would that be something that could done through a paid support ticket? It seems like a lot of people would want that -- to show customers how much they save...

Yes, that could be done in a paid support ticket.

I would like to do a paid support ticket to show itemized discounts in cart and receipt. How do I go about doing that?
