Can't access Menu Writer Layout Manager

I'm using CSS Menu writer 2.02 and want to import a menu layout from sucasa.....

the Pdf / install info states :-

3) Open Adobe Dreamweaver and, from the Insert menu, choose
Insert > WebAssist > CSS Menu Writer > Layout Manager
Provide your activation code if requested.

... but the Insert > WebAssist Menu only has option "CSS Menu Writer..." which opens the Insert CSS Menu dialogue with no import / Layout Manager options

How can I import the new menu layout?

Have you recently uninstalled any extensions after installing the Menu Writer update?

You can try uninstalling Menu Writer and installing it again. Under the Insert->WebAssist menu there should be a Preset Manager which is what the documentation is referring to. We have recently updated the product to have the Preset Manager instead of the Layout Manager. I apologize for the confusion.
