error mmServerScripts/MMHTTPDB.php

I spent a lot of time to discover the cause of the error using w7 64 and dw CC and Super suite .zxp version

HTTP Error Code 404 File not found. Some possible causes of the problem:
1) No test server is operating on the server computer.
2) The testing server specified for this site does not map the URL http://localhost/actionbay.net/_mmServerScripts/MMHTTPDB.php. Verify that the URL prefix is mapped to the root folder of the site.

This happens with all the configured sites that previously worked normally and without problems

I found that disabling the super suite extensions and using the dw server behaviors everything works fine,
but when using the wa extensions server behaviors the files
MMHTTPDB.php and mysql.php in the _mmServerScripts folder are deleted both in test server and local folder.
So I try to reinstall super suite (very slow process) but the problem persists
