HTML editor is "missing" from Power CMS admin area

When I load the page, admin_cms/contents_update.php?ContentID=1, my HTML editor is missing from the screen. Jason, I know that we resolved this previously, when I tried altering the HTML editor's styles, but I haven't done anything with this one - this is a new site, brand new install. Can you remember what else we did to fix this? Thanks.

Now I'm stuck on the install step again, step 4 of 5. It won't save my user name and password to the database. For the life of me, I can't remember the workaround. I always end up creating the site locally first, and then uploading it to the server, but it always wants to go through the install again and step 4 of 5 always fails. Sorry - can't remember the fix for this!

Jason, I created the tables manually, using the Power CMS script, and then I copied my local wa_settings table up to the server, and now I can log in and bypass the install screen step 4 of 5. However, I'm still not sure why I get stuck on this step, after I set up a site locally first.

Does this sound familiar to you at all? Does it have something to do with the .htaccess file in the kfm/themes directory? I thought you had me delete that file for some reason on another site, but I can't remember why. Do you remember why?

FYI, I still don't have the HTML editor in my Power CMS Admin Area, so I still need help with that. I'm sending FTP info in a private message.
