Fedex Not Working

Jason,

Getting this error with the fedex operation in the checkout:

["WA_Store_Cart_FedEx_Success"]=> &bool(false) ["WA_Store_Cart_FedEx_ResponseCode"]=> &int(0) ["WA_Store_Cart_FedEx_Quote"]=> &int(0) ["WA_Store_Cart_FedEx_ErrorCode"]=> &int(0) ["WA_Store_Cart_FedEx_ErrorDescription"]=> &string(19) "No Packages to Ship" ["WA_Store_Cart_FedEx_FullRequest"]=> &string(2343) " FMD21NGw1G0Wb4en D8PIdsvLKCoPVfr6bj29bRTLP 510087569118582901 crs1000 2013-06-06T21:55:03-04:00STANDARD_OVERNIGHTYOUR_PACKAGING DT64DRCOGB0 DT64DRCOGB0 DT64DRCOGB0 SENDERUS ACCOUNT1 1 1 1 KG 5 " ["WA_Store_Cart_FedEx_FullResponse"]=> &string(0) "" }

I'm not sure what information should be in the shipping rule for Base Rate and per-item rate. I've created one shipping rule using the data supplied by fedex.

Thanks,

Peter

The No Packages to Ship error occurs when the Weight of the packages is left empty.

Fed Ex calculates the rate based on weight, if the weight is 0, there is no package.

In the product settings, make sure to add a weight.

All products do have the weight

Jason,

I've double checked but as I thought all the products in our store have the weight assigned in the additional settings tab, in this particular case 5kg. But it won't process.

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

Access

I already sent them on the last ticket but in case you deleted them which is fair enough I've put them in the PM once again.

Thanks Jason.

Same problem and a possible cause

I'm having the same issue. According to FedEx, my client's PowerStore is pinging their testing server instead of their production server, even though I have a production server code entered and the "Test" box unchecked.

I suspect that because I attempted to run the shopping cart the first time with the test mode checked, somehow that setting remains in the system after the test box is unchecked.

in the webassist/shipping/WA_eCart_FedEx_v10_PHP.php file, you can change the server being used by editing the following code:

$FedEx_Server = "https://wsbeta.fedex.com:443/web-services/rate";

I switched to UPS

I finally just gave up and talked my client into switching to UPS.... which works just fine. I'm going to counsel all my PowerStore clients from now on to just use UPS since FedEx seems to be entirely too much trouble.
