Custom Toolbar Problem

I am trying to customise a toolbar in HTML Editor however every time I add a new set of buttons, the toolbar tree shows each new item as undefined.

What version of Dreamweaver are you using?

Do you have the Most recent version of Data Bridge installed? The most recent version is 1.1.2, if you have a previous version installed, make sure to uninstall it before installing the newer one.

I just tested using DB 1.1.2 on Mac OS in DW CS5.5 and I am not able to reproduce the problem.

I am not able to reproduce, what other extensions are installed? Including the version numbers?

Was Data Bridge the last extension to be installed?

Try uninstalling Data Bridge, then reinstalling it and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
