Can you verify the Install Steps I have developed

Migration Steps
• Develop TEST environment
• FTP Powerstore image folders to the domain target root
• FTP Powerstore Files to domain target root
• Point browser to domain root
• Run Install process using domain target parameters
• Modify the Powerstore communications values for the remote host
• Using localhost PHPMYADMIN Export TEST MySql database to a SQL file
• Using Remote Host console PHPMYADMIN Import the TEST MySql database
• Modify the home page URL link for the item on the front page to point to the correct image on the PROD domain…
• Test implementation….google, email, paypal…navigation…

Yes, those steps sound correct for installing to a local server before uploading to the remote server.

remote host values

Can you tell me what the correct remote host values would be for the Powerstore 453 installation wizard step 3 of 8?

You should be able to find the correct details for the Data Base connection in your sites control panel.

The sites control panel should have a section for MySQL Administration where you can create a database and database user. This will list the database name and the user name that you create.

It should also list the MySQL Server host name.

You should use these values for the Database connection, not the FTP Server / Username.
