Site Imort

I activated Site Import successfully but it just stays on the processing dialogue window which says processing and nothing happens.

(Not sure if this is relevant: I did have Site Import on another computer which crashed so I can't deactivate on that machine)

Sometimes site import can appear to be unresponsive when it is actually working. Give it a little time to import them site.

if you continue to have problems, what is the URL you are trying to import, the version of Site import you are using, the DW Version and your OS?

Thanks for your reply - giving it moretime does't work.
It happens with any site - the one I was trying is:http://www.mjds.ie/
Site Import Version: 304
DW CS6
Windows 7

Was working fine, tried deleting DW cache file and reinstalling

Site Import 3 is not copmpatible with DW CS6, you would need to continue using it in your previous dreamweaver version or upgrade to Design Extener which has been upgraded to be compatible with DW CS6.

Whether it was working or not, Dreamweaver CS6 is not a supported platform. We have not tested or updated Site Import 3 to be compatible with DW CS6.

the only suggestion I can offer is:
Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

There is no such thing as CS8? They went from CS6 to CC and then CC 2014. What version of Dreamweaver are you using?
