HTML Editor not working on iOS6

Building a website that has an admin backend for updating/adding news stories. I am using HTML Editor v.3.0.2. The toolbars show up correctly on standard web browsers, but on my iOS devices, no toolbars are visible. I had it working using the iRite version, but the upload windows were too big for my iOS device, so I decided to redo it using the newer version of HTML Editor.

Is it incompatible with mobile devices. Tried it on iPhone5 with Safari and Chrome and no go.

HTML Editor 3 uses an older version of the CK Editor package that is not compatible with mobile browser.

see this post for details on how to update the CKEditor version on your site:

Thank you for the help. Worked flawlessly. Just one problem, is there a way to change the limitation on the file upload size? It is limited to 1024x768, but many times the image will be larger.
