HTML Editor not working on iOS6

Building a website that has an admin backend for updating/adding news stories. I am using HTML Editor v.3.0.2. The toolbars show up correctly on standard web browsers, but on my iOS devices, no toolbars are visible. I had it working using the iRite version, but the upload windows were too big for my iOS device, so I decided to redo it using the newer version of HTML Editor.

Is it incompatible with mobile devices. Tried it on iPhone5 with Safari and Chrome and no go.
