ecart shopping cart working in ie but not in firefox and safari

I designed a website for a client a few months ago. The shopping cart, which was generated using ecart has been processing payments via Customers with IE browsers are able to buy items with no problems whatsoever. However, buyers using firefox and safari are encountering problems when checking out, resulting to an error that reads "transaction not completed". Should I run the wizard again?

can you reproduce the error doing a test transaction with Fire Fox or Safari?

If so, see the "Debugging eCart Transaction Failed issues" tutorial in the how to section of the eCart support page:

If you are not able to reproduce the problem, though, it will be next to impossible to find the cause.
