New to Universal Email!

Hi everyone,

For off I apologise for my lack of knowledge.

I have just purchased SuperSuite and on a website I am creating I need to send an email to a list of email address which is stored in a database.

I have absolutely no idea how to do this. I have gone to.. WebAssist> Create Email Message.
This obviously brings up the page to put in the To, From, CC etc... but my question is what do i need to do? When I fill in this form it creates a email template in blank.php. What do I do from here?

How do i make this page send to my email addresses stored in the database?
The admin needs to be able to insert a subject, message and just press send.

I gather I need to make this page but how do i get it all to work in on motion?

first you need to create a recordset that will return the email addresses.

then in the universal email behavior, click the to button to go to the advanced to settings, select to use a recordset loop and select the email address column.

if you want the subject to come from the database to, on the main screen, click the lightning bolt next to the subject setting and select the subject column from your recordset

I have created a recordset to fetch the email address and then clicked WebAssist>Create Email Message and filled out as approperate but my question now is how do i get to type in my own content and create a button to press send? What page do i do this on? Blank.php?

dont worry - figured it out!

sorry 1 more quick question... The newsletter is sending to the first email address but not the rest. on the "To settings" what do these need to be? I currently have:

Send Email: To all enteries at once
Type: Recordset Loop
Value: addy.addy (addy is the email address coloum in my table)
Recordset Loop: addy, addy

Is this not correct?
