Registration Page not working

I created a registration page etc with Security Assist Wizard.

The form and database were created OK but when I try to register a user a record is not created.
The table is empty.

Perhaps an error can be seen in the code and I attach a zipped file of the registration.php
Many thanks
John

does it redirect to the login page?

or stay on the registration page? if it stays on the registration page, does the URL contain ?invalid=true?

what version are you using? make sure you have installed Data Bridge 1.1.2, there is a know issue in 1.1.1 that will cause behaviors to fail on pages that use a progress bar:
showthread.php?t=29627

Thanks
I was using Data Bridge 1.1.1 so have reinstalled Data Bridge 1.1.2

I searched for ?invalid=true? but could not find this in the page source.

I opened and completed another registration page, when I pressed the register button the progress bar (round) showed very briefly but no data was placed in the table and the registration page remained in view empty.

When using the WA SA wizard I think I may have had the folder containing the page I wished to apply a login to highlighted.
The folder contains a Results and Details page.

If I now try to open the Results page it opens with a Login page.

I did not apply anything to the page but as I said may have had the folder highlighted.

Perhaps I should delete all of the created pages and start again?
login.php logout.php registration.php userupdate.php forgotpassword.php
These files are in root maybe they would be better in a folder?

yeah, it sounds like starting from scratch would be a good idea.

it shouldn't matter is those pages are in a subfolder or the root, either is fine.
