Install Issue

I just purchased PowerMessenger and installed following the PowerMessenger Getting Started Guide powermessenger_gsg.php
Step 1 says "With PowerMessenger, the first step is to upload all these files to your live server. Please be sure the folder that contains PowerMessenger's files is named 'powermessenger' to help prevent conflicts with other solution packs. Assuming the folder is named 'powermessenger', you can then upload the entire folder to the root of your remote site."

I renamed the folder 'powermessenger' and uploaded but when I tried to log in, PowerMessenger or powermessenger failed.
I went back and uploaded the original folder without renaming it and logged in successfully. I'm sure I will get those lost hours deducted from purgatory.

So, FYI on your doc page and looking forward to getting the program set up. Your products and service are excellent, this is actually the only time I have had an issue and consider it minor in the scope of things.

Renaming the folder and uploading it as outlined in the Getting Started guide should not create a problem. I have done it that way many times with out a problem

I would need to access you site directly to investigate the issue to determine why you had a problem after renaming the folder.

Uploading and moving forward kind of.

Thanks for the quick reply on renaming then uploading the PM folder. Up side is I am accessing PowerMessenger.

However, I am missing something on the basic setup of an email. How do I connect an Audience to a Mailing?

When I click on the Audience icon in the Mail Manager can I assume Everyone means all the contacts in the pm1_users table on the remote server should be selected? I have The Audience Size field says 0 and when I click on Update Audience Size it does not update. Doesn't seem to want to stick and when I click on Send Mailing I get the Define an Audience message.

Also, I have defined an Audience, Test_List_1. Am I supposed to Filter this Audience in order to get it to connect to the Mailing? When I select the UserEmail field what is the valid value for Equal or any other drop down menu item? What about Add a Condition?

One more thing. I seem to have lost the link to the user_registration page that I added two names to the pm1_users table.

Thanks for your help as always.
