Send form contents as text message

I have a form that I want the contents to be sent as a text message to a verizon phone.
phonenumber@vtext.com seems to send just the header and from fields. The body of the form is not included in the received text message. Is there something I need to be doing to get a vtext to display correctly on the receiving phone?

Text messages have character limits and can only be plain text.

to create the plain text email, in the Create Email behavior, dont select the option to create a file for the message, instead, click the pencil edit icon to create the email body.

To use the dynamic form data in your message, click the lightning bolt icon and select the form binding.

repeat this for each form element. to include in the message.

So when I click the lighting bolt, I have 3 fields of information I want passed in the text message. Name, Phone number and Message. Can I hit the lighting bolt 3 times and just choose those 3 fields? Will that work? Thanks for the help.
