HTML Editor freezes in I.E. 9 when using the Insert/Edit Image feature

Is anybody else having this problem? It's only happening in Internet Explorer (version 9 is what I'm using). When I click on Insert/Edit Image within the HTML editor in I.E., the dialog box just freezes and I sometimes end up having to close the entire browser to get the dialog box to go away. I can always use another browser, but my clients are having issues as well with I.E. Thanks!

The file manage can be problematic with IE9, due to IE9 security restrictions.

you can try updating the CKEditor version that is used, see this thread for details:
