When running the From Builder wizard to create the form, the Form Functions tab allows you to set the form to be emailed. on the Form Functions tab you can set the from and to email addresses.

After the form has been created, if you need to edit the email settings, open the server behaviors panel and double click the Universal Email server behavior.

If you did not configure the Form Functions tab to email the form when initially creating it, you can add Universal Email after the fact by going to WebAssist -> Create Email Message

For the From address, enter the email address that the email should come from.

For the To address enter the address to send the email to.

the Subject is the Subject of the email.

for example, if my address is me@here.com, and i want to send an email to You@there.com, i would set the from address to me@here.com and the to address to you@there.com

in a contact form, click the from button to access advanced from Settings, and for the Reply to address, click the lightning bolt icon and select the email address form element.

The email server settings depend on your host, in many cases the email server setting can be left blank

Cannot find the Form Functions tab

I see choose form, chose a design, specify the action page, select form method and that's it. Where's the Form Functions tab please?

You are using an older version of Form Builder. The form functions tab has been added to the latest version available with Data Bridge.

With the version you have, email functionality has to be applied separately with Universal Email and the "Send Email Message" server behavior after adding the form.
