Universal email javascript error onload

getting error when trying to put universal email on any page including blank page:

While executing onLoad in WA Universal Email.htm, the following javascript error(s) occured:
at line 147 of file"C:\Program Files(x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver SC4\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\UniversalEmail\Library\WA_configuration.js";
extTitle2 is not defined.

did this already:

dwr cs4/ windows vista 64bit

go to window -> Workspace layouts -> Reset '< your layout name>'

then delete the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:

If you continue to have errors, please providfe some additional details like the version of Universal Email and other extensions that are installed.
