FedEx API migration

I am following the instructions in your "Updating FedEx in eCart manually" document and you say "Follow the Migration steps to get your new FedEx account info (Key, Password, Account number, Meter Number). The only steps I see are to get a TEST account and data. Is that what I should do here? If so then the information I enter into the WA_eCart_FedEx_PHP.php file is the test information?

the steps to Update Your FedEx Account are:
-Go to migration.html.
-Click the Migrate Now button.
-Follow the Migration steps to get your new FedEx account info ( Key, Password, Account number, Meter Number ).
-Wait for FedEx to send you your new information.
IMPORTANT! Wait until you have the updated information before continuing to the next steps!

So can I assume then that the answer to my question of "... the information I enter into the WA_eCart_FedEx_PHP.php file is the test information?" would be YES?

the information to enter in the WA_eCart_FedEx_PHP.php is the Key, Password, Account number, and Meter Number that is sent to you buy fed ex.
