Adobe CS6 Design & Web Premium Compatible ?

Hi,

I bought Adobe the "CS6 Design & Web Premium" packet.
I'am using eCart 4.5.2 and Universal Email 3.0.7.
My site is made with ASP VBScript.

Now I heard that this should not be compatible with the CS6 !?
Is this true ?

No, eCart 4 and Universal Email 3 will not be compatible with DW CS6.

you will need to continue using your previous version of Dreamweaver to use eCart 4 and UE 3 to manage your ASP Sites.

We no longer develop for ASP, and eCart 4 and UE 3 will not be updated for CS6 compatibility.

And it isn't possible to work only in the code and not via the Server Behaviours ?

Can I keep on using Dreamweaver CS4 and also install CS6 Design & Web Premium ?

you can work in the code, but you wont be able to add the functionality of the server behaviors without using the server behaviors.

yes, you can have multiple version of Dreamweaver installed at the same time. I currently have CS3, CS4, CS5, CS5.5, and CS6 installed simultaneously.

OK ... thanks ... I installed CS6 and left also CS4.
It seems to work nicely.

Sooner or later, maybe I have to switch from ASP to PHP !?
But the most difficult part will be to learn/to chance to MySQL !?
