Building a product page outside the store

Can I use PowerStore 4.5 to build a page using the CMS to act as a product page outside the store?

The client has come across an item that they sell where the shipping weight would be enormous and she has asked if there is a way to put the item up as information rather than an item that can be sold via the store, this would be a phone in type of order.

Or is there a way to do it in the store without having a direct buy through the store?

you can add the product to the catalog normally, but set the available quantity to 0.

this will show an out of stock message instead of the add to cart button.

you can add a note to the description that the item is only available through phone in orders.
