Building a product page outside the store

Can I use PowerStore 4.5 to build a page using the CMS to act as a product page outside the store?

The client has come across an item that they sell where the shipping weight would be enormous and she has asked if there is a way to put the item up as information rather than an item that can be sold via the store, this would be a phone in type of order.

Or is there a way to do it in the store without having a direct buy through the store?

Thanks
