Force Email Address Confirmation

Hi - client wants to have users type in their email address twice like the password. How can I insert another field and have it confirm that the emails are the same?

use like entry server validation.

add the new email address file, then go to the server behaviors panel and double click the Server Validations server behavior to edit it.


from the validation type list, select Like Entry

click the lightning bolt next to Server Variable and select the initial email address element, then click the plus button to add it, you will be prompted for the comparison value, click the lightning bolt icon again and select the email confirm field.

Followed the instructions above but getting the following error:

function.

Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.php

Deleted cache file...no change.

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.
