Preview window of HTML Editor calls back web assist each time?

My firewall keeps asking that HTML2IMage.exe is trying to access the Internet each time I start the preview. (screenshot).
Why is this?
I read in another thread

showthread.php?t=20115

that it is just a loopback for localhost. But this cannot be the case. Localhost is something like 127.0.0.1 in most cases.

But HTML2Image calls this Internet - IP address: 107.20.145.51 which belongs to webassist according to:
iplookup?key=webassist.com

Is there an explanation for this? Why is webassist informed whenever we launch the preview of HTML Editor and what kind of data are transmitted?
If it is an update issue it would be enough being informed via email.

the preview includes an image that is hosted on our servers.

when the preview is being generated, there is a javascript function that needs to complete before it is displayed.

we attach a medium large image to the preview to slow down the page load and give the script time to complete.
