Dreamweaver to edit CMS pages

Thread began 4/20/2012 5:14 pm by Mark_Rinella291330 | Last modified 4/23/2012 9:44 am by Jason Byrnes | 1088 views | 1 replies |

Dreamweaver to edit CMS pages

I would like to create pages using a template via Dreamweaver, edit them in Dreamweaver, and have them upload and work in the CMS so someone else could log in and add more content.
At this time, I can create pages via CMS and I can create pages via Dreamweaver, but I cannot seem to see all the pages in either program.

Also, is is possible to create folders or to organize the content better in the CMS layout?

Thank you!

sounds like you have 2 separate databases, one for the local system, and another for the remote system.

to be able to see the same contents in Dreamweaver that you see on the live server, you would need to set up the Dreamweaver Site Definition to use the Remote server as the testing server.

The CMS Content Group listing does allow for creating folders.
