Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01b6'

Hi there,

Could really do with a little help, we are using Ecart4 to integrate with SagePay formerly Protx VSP Server.

Everything worked fine on our test site, but now we have a live site we get the following error -

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01b6'

Object doesn't support this property or method: 'theParams.BillingAddress'

I'm really struggleing with this, please could you help me identify where I've gone wrong?

The error implies that the code is wrong on the page where the server behavior is applied and that the BillingAddress isn't properly specified. Please post a support incident and somebody can look into your code with you to see what the issue might be.
