you didn't include a copy of the add to cart page so i an see the code.

when i view source of the page, no file name is being added to the product image tag:
<img src="images/products/" alt="" width="167" height="100" />

is this a dynamic add to cart page? or static?

well, I'm not asking for a link, I'm asking you to attach a copy of the page so i can see the code...

my initial response was asking for both a link and a copy of the page so I can see the code.

I cant see the php code on the page by visiting it in a browser. Please compress the page to a zip archive and attach the zip file, that was I will be able to examine the php code.
