accessing PowerStore Store Manager

I successfully installed PowerStore, used the Store Manager and logged out. Today I'm trying to access the Store Manager /premiumyarn.com/admin and get the following

error:Not Found
The requested URL /admin/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I see the admin files in my premiumyarn.com directory. Did I miss something in the setup?

trying to access any of the files directly gives a 403 forbidden error:
index.php


Most likely the restriction that is causing the files not to display, is also causing the admin folder to appear not to exist.

At this point I am very frustrated! I have been working on getting this web site up for 3 weeks, I was suppose to have it up 2 weeks ago; I'm a novice user on both DreamHost and PowerStore and help/support is often cryptic or sarcastic. I am not stupid and am able to understand most programs with a little help. Documentation on these products is very limited if I can find any at all. Would it be too much to ask for a phone call today (3/8/12) between 11:30am - 2:00pm (mountain time). I will be at my computer, uninterrupted appreciating some real, successful help. I am running in circles and am ready to throw in the towel.

we resolved this issue be removing the parked domain option and setting the domain as fully hosted
