frustrated...
At this point I am very frustrated! I have been working on getting this web site up for 3 weeks, I was suppose to have it up 2 weeks ago; I'm a novice user on both DreamHost and PowerStore and help/support is often cryptic or sarcastic. I am not stupid and am able to understand most programs with a little help. Documentation on these products is very limited if I can find any at all. Would it be too much to ask for a phone call today (3/8/12) between 11:30am - 2:00pm (mountain time). I will be at my computer, uninterrupted appreciating some real, successful help. I am running in circles and am ready to throw in the towel.
