error installing

Hi

I am trying to install and after entering the serial I get to this: domain.com/install_cms/database.php and just get a blank screen....

Not sure what I need to do here

Thanks in advance

Jamie

OK, have been trying to get it to work...

now I am getting the following:

Warning: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect]: Access denied for user 'indepheg_admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/indepheg/public_html/Connections/PowerCMSConnection.php on line 9

Fatal error: Access denied for user 'indepheg_admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/indepheg/public_html/Connections/PowerCMSConnection.php on line 9

I have double checked the database details in the connections file and its 100% correct...

cheers

Jamie

the database server is not accepting the user name and password you have entered.

I have run into a few situations where the database user that gets created on the host does not get created correctly, try creating a new user for the database with a different name, and change the connection file to the new user.

If you continue to have a problem, you will need to contact the host to determine why the user that is being created is not being granted access.

Actually, have just found 10 mins to try that.

Now I get to the Database Information page where i click on 'Got to next step' where I am prompted by this on the screen

Incorrect database name 'indepheg_cmsadmin '

Again, I have double checked the details and its 100% right....
