Worldpay and email receipt

While using the ecart checkout wizzard I selected the "Accept credit cards" option and then Worldpay but didnt get the Email Receipt section of the wizzard. The wizzard then completed successfully. I have Super Suite so I have Universal Email 4.

Why is this and is there a way to add the Email Receipt section without running the wizzard again?

the ability to send email receipts using universal is only available if you select to use one of the Local Checkout providers.

if you select to use one of the Remote Checkout providers, you will need to rely on the payment gateway to send the email receipts.

if you have eCart and Data Bridge, when you run the checkout wizard, Select to use one of the Local Checkout providers, this will give an option to configure the email receipts.

if you use a remote checkout option, then the gateway will send the receipts.

i'm asking before,how can i get my payment receipt in WorldPay co'z i pay something online......
but i got email confirmation that my payment get through ...
so how can i get a copy of mypayment receipt through email?

World Pay should send the receipt.


World pay is a remote checkout provider, they handle sending the email receipts.
