No Gallery in CMS

I have loaded two galleries into Power Store. When I come to attach/ insert them into a product page with the CMS the Add Gallery is empty. Can anyone help?

This usually happens as a result of a permission issue.

Can you send me a screen shot of what you are seeing?

Thanks.

To fix the issue, please do the following:

1. open the properties.php file in the admin/common properties folder and change the permissions to 0755 for files and directories. It should be around line 20 and 21.

2. update the permissions on the webassist folder to 0755. You can use a free ftp program to do this such as FileZilla. Make sure to include sub files and directories. There is an option for recursive that you will need to check.

Hi Dani - I have reset all permission to 0755 (were ar 0777 before) using Filezilla including all files and sub directories. I found the directories set at 0755 and files at 0666 in properties.php. Changed to 0755 and still no improvement. Where next?

There seems to be a pattern in these "forums". An answer or two if you are lucky from the management initially untill it gets into the "too hard basket" or is it now time to push for a one on one and extract some more money. What a pity. I have been "snubbed" twice in the last week and was hoping to use your products, That I cannot do so DMX Zone here I come. At least I can get a "live" response and impeccable service. I have yet to use one of their products and not achieve 100% success. Unfortunately Web Assist has expensive software and no support. I am so sorry I wasted a lot of money.

Finally found out it is a browser issue. Works fine in FF but not in IE8. Wonder if this will be fixed?? Hell, I am probably talking to myself.

Firstly, my apologies. I did not realise it was Thanksgiving. This is not celebrated in Australia. The two files you have sent me work perfectly and my sincere thanks to Jason for the direct phone call and assistance. I retract any negative statements I have made. The service has been good.
