Universal Email Bug

Thread began 10/27/2011 11:06 am by dlovas275157 | Last modified 11/30/2011 11:18 am by Jason Byrnes | 2159 views | 6 replies |

Universal Email Bug

Anytime I edit an existing Universal Email SB and proceed to edit the template, once I finish editing the template via DW Mode and return to the remaining UE Dialog, all the details I have already entered in are wiped-out. I have to re-enter.

Then, sometimes after I re-enter all the info, the Universal Email SB is not edited, instead a second UE SB is added next to the original. So I then have 2 UE SB's in the server behaviors panel - which neither work correctly.

Using DW 5
Mac OSX
CSS Form Builder 2.0.0

What can I do to fix this?

Having the same issue

Also, universal email disappears in behaviors so I can't edit it there either.

I get this sometimes aswell.

I seem to find it happens more if I chose File > Save after editing the email contents within Dreamweaver. If I use the Cmd + S shortcut it seems better!

I started to take the approach of designing the email layout separately and then copying the code into UE and then applying the dynamic tags as necessary.

Thanks
Ian
