Unable to use CSS Menu Writer - error

Can anyone help, please?

I've used this programme in the last week and now suddenly it has given up the ghost on me. As soon as I click to insert a menu I receive a warning dialogue box
'While executing onResize in WA_SiteTools_Progress.htm the following Javascript errors occurred.'

In WA_SiteTools_Progress refresh UI is not defined. OK

When I press the OK button for this another dialogue box appears with
'Error Generating menu (WA generate menu)
TypeError: MM WA_createProcessingObject is not a function.' OK

I have tried it on a previous menu, attempting to add new items and the same result, as above, appear.

I've tried re-installing the extension and this has had not effect on the problem.

I have also reverted to the deletion of the winFileCache.dat and this has also had no effect.

At a general loss now.

Any help gratefully received.

This looks like it could be a problem with the installation itself.

1) Completely uninstall and remove the extension
2) With DW closed install the extension
3) delete the winfilecache before opening DW

if that doesn't fix it please submit a support incident.

Hi Ray,

Thanks for the advice - as usual it works a treat. Everything appears hunky dory for the moment.

Seems more to do with Dreamweaver than with Css Menu Writer!

I'd obviously done the right thing, but as Eric Morecambe said 'Not in the right order!'
