TypeError: component has no properties

I have created a new layout in css sculptor and am now trying to use it in SiteAssist Pro. From step 2, I start receiving the error message, "TypeError: component has no properties". It comes up first when I select the layout. I hit okay, the home page preview loads, then the message comes up a second time. When I hit okay, the content page loads.

When I click "next" to move onto step 3, the same error message comes up. When I click on any page in the site structure, the error message comes up. I can go in and change the page title, but if I try to change the page type, the message comes up again.

Every step of the way is met with "TypeError: component has no properties"

This doesn't seem to be the case when a packaged site is used. Is this damaging, or just annoying?

I would report an incident. I am not familiar with the problem... it is certainly annoying, not sure if it is damaging or not ;)

Most likely you may need to update your version of siteassist or sculptor since the versions you have may conflict based on the error reported.

Make sure you have the most recent of both in your order history and post a support incident if you already do.
