Cannot Upload File - or Create Folder with KFM

I have inserted HTML Editor in the admin area of a site. It loads fine, and I can browse a specific folder structure (which already existed) with KFM, and even load images from those folders.

Problem is, when I try to upload a file it looks like it is starting but then it gives me an error "error uploading file - no file uploaded".
Permissions should be fine - I use this with an older editor without any problems. The files I am testing are not very big, anything from 1k to 100k and I have tried plain text files, jpg, png, gif, etc.... Nothing will upload.

Also - something I cannot seem to find is how to create a sub folder within this structure I have. I can't even find the option to do it?
(EDIT: I have found the method for creating sub folders, and that is working fine. I just can't seem to upload any files)

I have just spent the evening trying to troubleshoot this problem. This seems to be server related.

IIS 6 > Windows 2003
On this server, KFM will not upload any files. I am getting the error mentioned in the previous post. I can create/delete folders, but I cannot upload any files.

IIS7 > Windows 2008
I copied the site over to this server to give it a try. Uploading works fine with the exact same configuration.

HOWEVER - I have a new problem on IIS7. When I go to insert an image or file, it is setting the entire disk path (d:\sites\etc... etc...) rather than the relative path "/resources/images/etc... etc...". For the record, on IIS 6 the insert paths are correct. This is only happenning on IIS7.

So here is what I have with an identical site in two locations.

IIS 6 won't upload any files.
IIS 7 won't display without manually altering the path to the files.

In case others encounter this problem, the IIS6 problem of files not uploading has been fixed.

It appears the temp upload directory did not have sufficient permission on it. All other scripts (included Universal Email with File Management) could upload fine, but KFM did not seem to work. I added read/write permission to the IUSR account and it now works fine.

I am still waiting on word from tech support about the IIS7 problem.

It appears my support ticket has completely stalled for my IIS7 problem. I'm not sure if I will be getting help with that or not.

I will open a new thread with that issue, and see if we can resolved it independently of the original problem.
