Can't Add Pictures to Long Description in PS 4.5

I recently upgraded to PowerStore 4.5 and I just discovered that I could not add any graphics (.png files) to the long description. The inteface appeared to have changed from the 4.0 version. If I placed a graphics file into the system clipboard, I could not paste it into the long description. It seemed to act like nothing had been placed into the clipboard. I could copy and past simple text strings, but not any .png files. There were no problems with the 4.0 release, but something seems to have changed with 4.5. Any help would be appreciated here. As an addition to the previous question, I noticed that I was able to past some mixed text and graphics from word into the long description window. The text appeared to be copied properly, but all graphics elements were replaced with their "placeholders". You could right click on these elements, and select "Image Properties", but there didn't appear to be any way to then select a graphics file from a windows directory. If I clicked on the "Browse Server" button, a window appeared with the following message:

alert("MDB2 Error: no such table\nSELECT extension, plugin FROM kfm_plugin_extensions WHERE user_id=1")

I also noticed that if I went into a long description window for a product that I had entered with the PS 4.0 version, I was able to copy a graphics image into the clipboard and paste it into the long description that I was currently trying to build.

The error message may be the root of the other problem.

to fix the error message, delete all tables form the database that begin with "kfm_" then restart the file manager window.

Let us know if that does not solve the other problem as well and we will look into it further with you.
