Not including menu

How do I not include the menu? I want to use Menu Writer instead. If I try to use Menu Writer, the CSS from SiteAssist over writes the Menu Writer CSS. Thanks.

Site Assist will need to create the menu for you when the site is created, you can customize the menu using Menu Writer before the site is created though, see the "Use CSS Sculptor and Menu Writer to customize you SiteAssist Pro design" tutprial in the how to section of the SiteAssist support page:
