Products_Detail.php This item is not available online

I know that I can change "This item is not available online" to my desired response - "This item available for special order".
I want to make that dynamic so that when clicked the user is sent to a response page with the data from the sent page where they can place a special order for the product.

Unless you can think of a better way to handle special orders of non-stock items.

You should have the customer contact you by phone for special orders of items that are not available on line.

The whole idea behind the not available online setting is that the product cannot be purchased through the website, they will need to use another method , like email, or phone to inquire about that product.

I get that but I'd like the product they're interested in to be tied to their response.
In other words - if they go to a product I have in all sizes except XXL because I don't stock it, I want them to be able to click on "This item available for special order" or some-such and be sent to a page where they can inquire and have the product information they're interested in on that page.
Without its being there the customer wouldn't know how to define the product they want.
