Toolbar Icons Not Showing up

Just installed the latest version of HTML editor and the toolbar icons are simply not showing up.

My operating sys is Windows 7, using either IE8 or FF3.6
Flush the cache on both browsers.
Tried all defaults, tried selecting a different skins.
Re-Uploaded all files.

Can't really pin point at this moment what's happening.

In the ticket that was created, web300106 posted the following solution:

"Found out that my setup in Dreamweaver omits PNG files on file upload, which caused the toolbar icons not to show up."

Make sure that dreamweaver is uploading the PNG files, perhaps try uploading using a third part FTP program like Filezilla.
