Datassist Javascript Error

I've been running CS5 with DA 208.

However, it has started to crash on the final step (9 of 9) of the DA Wizard when building insert, delete, update and search pages.

While executing onClick in WA_AppBuilder.htm, the following Javascript error occurred:

At line 4427 of file ..\Commands\WA_AppBuilder.js
The object is not currently contained in a document.

Steps taken trying to resolve...

Closed DW
Opened extension manager and removed DA.
Closed extension manager
Located and deleted the WinFileCache.dat
Opened extension manager to add DA again
Restarted DW.
Resumed the DA wizard and the issue repeats at exactly same point

The last time it worked was was prior to installing Flexi CSS Layouts for Dreamweaver extension by Extendstudio. Coincidence?

Incidentally, I used this extension to build my template page. Could the template itself be causing errors?

Its the first time i've used this Layout extension to build templates, previously other DW templates worked fine.

Interesting development.
Maybe useful to others, although its not a fix, more of a workaround.

I created a new blank PHP template and added a region.
Used that in the DA wizard and all pages created successfully.
I then applied my existing fully customised template to my recently created blanks, worked fine.

I can only conclude that it may have been the complexity of my customised template that crashed DA, or perhaps something it didnt like in the format.

I think its important to find out?
Can i post my customised template for WA to investigate please?

Paul.

I am not able to reproduce the error using only the DWT file you have sent.

Perhaps the issue is caused by the template not being a dynamic template. Try changing it from a .dwt file to the .dwt.php dynamic template file

It could also be an issue with the supporting CSS or JS for the template file. Or perhaps an issue with the site definition, if you save the template to another site, so you have the same error?

Ongoing. Tried .dwt.php but triggers same error.
I have a workaround at the moment.

Thanks, Paul.
