Datassist Javascript Error

I've been running CS5 with DA 208.

However, it has started to crash on the final step (9 of 9) of the DA Wizard when building insert, delete, update and search pages.

While executing onClick in WA_AppBuilder.htm, the following Javascript error occurred:

At line 4427 of file ..\Commands\WA_AppBuilder.js
The object is not currently contained in a document.

Steps taken trying to resolve...

Closed DW
Opened extension manager and removed DA.
Closed extension manager
Located and deleted the WinFileCache.dat
Opened extension manager to add DA again
Restarted DW.
Resumed the DA wizard and the issue repeats at exactly same point

The last time it worked was was prior to installing Flexi CSS Layouts for Dreamweaver extension by Extendstudio. Coincidence?

Incidentally, I used this extension to build my template page. Could the template itself be causing errors?

Its the first time i've used this Layout extension to build templates, previously other DW templates worked fine.
