CSS Sculptor 3 on CS5

I can't get CSSSculptor to work with DW CS5. I followed the instructions for CS4 but can't locate a MacFileCache.dat file.
Please help!

what is the issue you are having with css sculptor?

are you getting an error message?

if so, what is the error?

what is the path you are looking for the cache file in? for mac os, it should be:

Macintosh HD/Users/[Your user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver CS5/en_US/configuraton/

CSS Sculptor in CS5 cont.

I did locate that file and delete it. I opened DW and got the same result: the spinning icon that goes forever and when I look in the force quit window, it says "Dreamweaver ... not responding"

Do you have a site defined in Dreamweaver?

have you created a new document and saved it to the site?

Is that document open in Dreamweaver before starting the CSS Sculptor wizard?

make sure to define a site first. For details on defining a Dreamweaver site, see the learning resources page:
resources.php

once a site is defined, create a new page, save it to the site and have this document opened before starting CSS Sculptor.

CSS Sculptor 3 on DW CS5

Yes, yes, yes.
I do full, original sites in DW and can't understand what's going on unless it's just not compatible. Do I have to revert to DW CS4?

I want to use it for "quickies"!

CSS Sculptor 3 is compatible with CS5, that ias not the issue.

in your site definition do you have a testing server set?

If you only use a remote server, set it to be both a testing server and a remote server.

In some cases, i have seen where the cache file will need to be deleted, then the computer restarted, and the cache file deleted again.

Ok, I'll try that.

DW... not responding

I had no luck. I even reinstalled DW4 and did all suggested but get the same results. I'm very frustrated.

I want to work locally, not involve a server.

continued

My sites are all defined in CS5 only now (and uninstalled CS4) but that hasn't resolved anything.
I saw others with similar problems so what's up?

The .dat file is not present after restart.
