powerstore 4 shipping to address not showing on confirmation emails

In power store 4 at checkout the customer can choose to have a different shipping address from their billing address.

If the customer has a different billing address it is not showing on the Order Confirmation to the user. The only address that is showing in both places is the billing address.

Is this a known issue? if so or not, how can this be corrected.

I just checked and it appears to be giving the separate shipping and billing informaiton for me. Are you talking about on the confirm page or in the confirmation email? I'm having a hard time reproducing the problem you describe.

Hello,

The information for the alternate shipping address shows for the user/buyer during the purchase process. The alternate shipping information or ( non billing address ) is not carrying. The information to thee confirmation email the admin uses to process the order. So, when the admin is notified of the order the admin is not made aware that the order is to be shipped too an address. Other than the billing address.

So no shipping information is shown in the email receipt at all? Can you forward a copy of the receipt to ray@webassist.com and I'll look at it.

Also forward a copy of the page at: WA_Universal_Email/Email_Templates/receipt.php

It looks right to me, but maybe I'll spot a problem in your version.
