confirmation email not received
I have set up UE in ecart, so that
the to: goes to the customer (using the email field on the checkout page)
the cc: goes to me
the bcc: goes to the client
and the site is uploaded to my testing server
Everything works fine for me, but when the client places a test order, they dont get any email confirmation.
I find it difficult to troubleshoot, as I don't have an issue.
I got the client to check their spam folder, but appearently nothing.
Any suggestions?
