redirect site to https

I need to redirect my site to https on godaddy. I am using powerstore 3. I already have the certificate and I need to know what code I need to use to move the entire site over to https so it is on a secure line. It currently show this error: There is a problem with this website's security certificate.

you will need to speak with your host to know which is your ssl directory, mine is httpsdocs/ instead of httpdocs/

you would then either copy all your site files from your current directory to the ssl one (like httpsdocs) which long winded imo

or better still see if your hosting provider gives you the option within your hosting settings to use a single directory for SSL and non-SSL

our site is www.futurewristic.co.uk and we had some issues after going to https.

the product galleries stopped working and the fix can be found here

you may or maynot find the navigation links "next" and "last" on the search results page are broken.

Hope this helps?

in fire fox, if you look at the technical details on the alert page, it says:

www.cardsyoucherish.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is only valid for the following names:
webdesignsbysarah.com , www.webdesignsbysarah.com , bbntx.info , cardsyoucherish.com , bleachbrightnorthtexas.com

(Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)

if you drop the www in the address:
cardsyoucherish.com/

you do not get the error, you will either need to direct all traffic from
www.cardsyoucherish.com/

to:
cardsyoucherish.com/

or update the certificate to include the domain with www. in the address:
www.cardsyoucherish.com/
